Thank you for your stay and we understand that you will be moving out of the premises soon. According to the terms of our lease agreement, you will have to leave the rental unit in a clean, tidy and damage-free condition in order to receive a full refund of your security deposit.
Task List
The following is a list of tasks that include but are not limited to those you must carry out before your tenancy ends in order to receive your deposit refund in full:
- Remove all your personal items and belongings from the property
- Wash and clean up the interior of the property including the flooring, walls, & windows.
- Tidy up the outside and lawn of the property. This includes trimming the grass and removing any trash or personal items.
- Thoroughly clean all the appliances and bathroom and kitchen fixtures in the property.
- This includes but is not limited to the oven, refrigerator, and stove top.
- All window blinds need to be thoroughly cleaned.
- Clean the filters and fronts of air-conditioners.
- Sweep and thoroughly clean inside of cabinets, closets, and garage.
- Move any furniture and appliances that are out of place to their original positions.
- Dispose of all food, trash and unwanted items from the property. If there is more trash than can fit in the standard city trash can, it must be removed from the property.
- Repair any damages that are caused by your neglect or abuse. If anything is left in disrepair, please inform us in writing.
- All keys to the house and property must be returned, including any copies.
Please make sure that all of the above tasks are carried out by this date: May 24th, 2012
